3 - 1: A Scarf for Percy

Based on the story "Percy and the Trousers" from Henry the Green Engine.To keep their mind off the cold, Thomas and Percy talk about scarves. Later, Percy sees workmen wearing scarves and he longs for one to keep his funnel warm. However, when Percy goes to play a trick on the coaches, he accidentally gets his wish in a way he did not expect.
