Tuberville saying that Wednesday night's confirmation of our new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff means that Democrats "blinked" on his blockade of military promotions. Joy explains that in her view what he really means is that he was outmaneuvered by Chuck Schumer and capitulated on his stand on abortion. Plus, we cover former Joint Chiefs chairman, General Mark Milley, reportedly unloading on his former boss Donald Trump, saying he did all he could do to stop Trump from undermining the Constitution. Additionally, the GOP enabling Tommy Tuberville to block critical military promotions is slammed by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who tells Joy that the Senate GOP has, "mumbled and fumbled and let Senator Tuberville continue to inflict growing trouble and pain on our national defense."
