The cameras follows a group of repeat offenders from Pentonville prison over the course of a year. Mick is in his 40s and has spent over half of his life going in and out of jail. Senol is attempting to put a violent past behind him and build a better future with his fiancée but is struggling with alcohol and his temper following his release.
