8 - 4: Caramel Week

It's week four of The Great British Bake Off and just nine bakers remain. For the very first time on the show, it's caramel week. Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood have set the contestants three sticky challenges. There's a super sweet signature with a rich teatime favourite; a double Dutch technical, that has the bakers pressed for time; and a caramel showstopper sure to stick in the memory. The three challenges will result in one star baker, while another baker will leave the tent for good. Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding are with the bakers every step of the way, ready with a pertinent pep talk, a helpful hand or just a sympathetic shoulder to cry on.
