In this episode Maisie and Joel arrive at a train station and unbox goodies for their weekend of wellness activities. Their task is simple: who can be the most chill? (or is it?) From core exercises on a paddle board, to a cold water plunge, some (Maisie) would say, the activities are actually quite stressful. From their mystery box, their new health and wellbeing watch will be monitoring their heart rate through all their wellbeing challenges, and the person who averages the lowest heart rate will be crowned the winner. Over the course of their wellness retreat, who will manage to keep their heart rate the lowest? It all ends with a "competitive" tandem bike ride which sees Maisie pushing Joel's buttons, while Joel is just grateful for the respite of some anti-chafe cream from Boots.
