At 17, Tommy is nearly 700lbs. His parents have to do almost everything for him due to his size. His dad helps him with daily tasks and his mom makes sure he has everything he wants--including unlimited quantities of food. With his health getting to a breaking point, they know Tommy needs help to lose weight fast. Weight loss surgery may be the only option he has to save his life.
