Pete and Emily have been invited to the Pride of Britain awards and at the hotel before the Awards, Emily’s feeling nervous. Peter bumps into his friend Amy Childs who congratulates him on his impending new baby. He also receives a call from Australia and learns that his mum has been unwell and though the doctors don’t think it’s serious Pete reveals that she has been very stressed since Andrew's death and he is concerned.
