John and Lisa are getting ready for a special night in - in their Weekend Kitchen. They've got a menu perfect for a romantic evening or even New Year's Eve. There's pork rilette to start, served with a garlic and cheese bread. The main course is a delicious salmon en croȗte and John has plenty of tips for making it perfect every time. There are sumptuous sides with hasselback root vegetables, peas and beetroot and a fresh horseradish sauce.
