Terry and Sandy have been bringing their three kids from Cincinnati to Topsail Island, North Carolina, for more than 20 years. Now, with the youngest out of the house, the couple is ready to make a permanent move to the quaint, laidback island they love. They're on the hunt for the perfect move-in ready beachfront home that will accommodate the whole family when they come to visit.
