The team are at Love Luton festival, where some strange cases crop up. There's a young woman who has some huge bruises that appeared from nowhere and another with unexplained skin patches. Dawn later treats a woman with a fishy smell while Christian meets a man whose skin-cancer scar has left him looking like a thug.
