Leasing manager Jake and sales manager Connor must compete to sell or rent the £33m villa with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and highly unusual furnishings, including an indoor cave. Karalina mentors party boy Harvey, who doesn't take the help as seriously as she'd like. Top broker Michelle gives big boss Rick an ultimatum - move her into Sales, or she's leaving for a rival company. But Rick doesn't respond well to threats.
