In Washington, DC, a Mexican-Salvadoran joint where the big seller is a Salvadoran papusa -- scratch made dough stuffed with shredded pork and cheese. And in Philadelphia, a neighborhood beer bar serving a vegan club sandwich with deep fried tofu and smoked coconut.
