1 - 2: Spicy Tomato Pasta

Buddy Oliver and his dog, Conker, invite Aiyla to join them in their kitchen den to cook up some tasty food and share some of the skills and hobbies that they both love!

A black belt in karate, Aiyla loves food that has a kick, so Buddy shows her how to make her very own homemade pasta, tossed with a spicy tomato sauce – all made from scratch with fresh ingredients in super simple steps. It will be the perfect meal before her karate competitions! In return, Aiyla teaches Buddy some of the skills needed for karate; from balance to breathing to having power in his moves, before bringing it all together.
