David and Anne are now semi-retired and spend half the year in Costa Rica, but the rest of the time they want to live in David's childhood home of east Scotland. Anne loves the beach and is relying on coastal property finder Kerr Drummond to make her dream come true. But David is certain the space they want for the budget they have can only be found in the countryside, and it's up to Sara Damergi to prove her country credentials and deliver. Sara and Kerr compete to find the perfect property for a budget of ú150,000.
