Novice farmer Kelvin Fletcher visits Robert Tomlinson's rhubarb farm where they use candlelight to grow their famous crop. And JB Gill travels to Norfolk to meet seafarer Ashley Mullenger who is on a mission to keep whelks, a Victorian staple, on our dinner plates.

Dartmoor Farmer Phil Heard uses the "Wild West" horseback method to round up his Scottish Black Face sheep in the unforgiving Dartmoor National Park. And Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen travels to the North York Moors to try her hand at Blacksmithing.
