 Laura Hamilton is helping Trevor, who first visited Kefalonia 17 years ago and loved it so much that he kept coming back! Now he's in a position to buy his very own dream holiday home on the island and he's brought along his stepdad and good pal John for plenty of advice. Trevor wants a place in the Kefalonian sun that his mum, stepdad and the rest of the family can use too. With a budget of £175,000, Laura shows him give great properties.
