Part one of a two-part special following the case of a 47-year-old disabled woman from the Cambridgeshire town of Wisbech, who was found dead in her kitchen with her throat cut. There was no trace of a murder weapon in the property where the victim lived alone - but despite the shortage of clues, the local rumour mill soon revealed more about the victim and the name of a possible suspect.
