With a budget of $3-5 Million this luxury event planner is looking for a 3000 sq ft condo with spectacular water view and a large terrace in Miami. But most importantly, she needs a room for her shoe collection. Realtor Marc Sirkin has his work cut our for him, as Malinka won't settle for second best and he needs to bring the ultimate WOW factor in order to impress his client. Along with her friend, Alena, Malinka tours three incredible condos with views of South beach, downtown Miami and cruise ship alley, all she has to do is decide which property is Malinka approved.
