Luis is a savvy client who knows what he wants when it comes to finding a new home for his family in Miami. A waterfront property, with a pool and boat slip are top on his wish list . Luxury realtor Peter Ancona needs to be on his A game if he is going to find a home up to Luis' high standards. With a budget of $3-5million Luis is shown three beautiful waterfront properties, but with his wife only available by phone, he is under pressure to pick the perfect home for his family.
